Coordination with Other
Health Professionals
We
cooperate with your primary physician and consult with other specialists
(oncologists, neurologists, psychologists, social worker, D.C.,
P.T., etc.) to provide you with the best possible care.
We also
have a referral network of qualified health professionals so
that you can be directed to a specialist if there are specific needs
we cannot meet.

Level of Service
We
return all phone calls within 24 hours. While we do not maintain
an on-call physician 24 hours daily, arrangements can be made for
the doctor to be available by pager when you are being treated for
acute problems that may require frequent
communication.
Questions often
arise after treatment has begun, and we are happy to clarify
your treatment protocol, and consider these brief phone consultations
part of your current care (no
charge).
If you
have health concerns or questions that arise that require additional
consultation beyond your current protocol, or if it has been six
weeks or more since your last visit, we suggest your schedule a
follow-up appointment.
